Booking & Payment

All workshop class bookings must be completed in advance through our website. Your spot is only confirmed once full payment has been received. For personalized services, please refer to your contract for payment details.

Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Due to limited class sizes, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or missed sessions. For personalized services, please refer to your contract for your respective refund policies.

Transfers

If you’re unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your spot to another person. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance with their name and contact information.

Cancellations By Us

In the rare case that a workshop is canceled, you will receive the option of:

• A full refund

• Credit toward a future workshop
